10 Ways to Remove Plaque

Growth of biofilm or mass of bacteria on the surface of the mouth is called as dental plaque. If not removed in a short time then the bacteria in plaque causes tooth decay and gum diseases.

Plaque removal is necessary to avoid further infections. You can remove them at home by following various ways mentioned below-

Cloves

Cloves save us from plenty of dental problems and at the same time helps in removing plaque. Take powdered cloves and mix them with olive oil, apply this paste on the affected area for 5-7 minutes. Vinegar
